The restaurant chain Jack in the Box returns to Mexico to install 22 branches of which four will be in northern Mexico, this was announced after signing a contract with “Promotora de Restaurantes del Norte”, so soon in Mexico you will be able to count on the famous brand.

Jack In the Box is one of the most consumed chains in the United States, its headquarters is in San Diego California, the news caused excitement among people who remember that this chain was in Mexico more than 30 years ago.

Currently the chain is expanding in the cities of Orlando and Arkansas, it will also open more branches in the states of Hawaii, Tennessee, Missouri, Texas and California in the United States.

Meanwhile in Mexico, Agustín Terrazas director of “Promotora de Restaurantes del Norte” said he was excited about the new news.

 “We are delighted to join the Jack in the Box franchise system. We have been operating hotels and family food concepts for more than twenty years and we have been looking to add a Quick Service Restaurant brand to our portfolio”; said the general manager who manages in Mexico restaurants of the Denny’s brands and who from now on will be the franchisee of Jack in the Box in the north of the country.

“We are excited to announce our expansion in this international market as we continue to expand our presence in new markets such as Montana and Wyoming”; said Tim Linderman, director of development of Jack in the Box.

So far it has not been revealed in which states of northern Mexico the four Jack in the Box restaurants will be installed, some media have assured that it would be in states with larger populations such as Nuevo León, Chihuahua, Sinaloa or Tamaulipas, but there is nothing official yet.
