After more than 50 years, the iconic restaurant and cabaret La Fiesta will reopen its doors on June 20th in Ciudad Juárez.

Founded in 1954 by the Valle brothers, La Fiesta was for decades a landmark of elegance and nightlife on the border, hosting national and international artists and marking a golden era in the city’s social history.

After closing in 1972 and suffering from years of neglect, the historic building has been restored to preserve its original architecture and revive its cultural legacy. The reopening of La Fiesta represents not only the return of a luxury entertainment venue, but also the recovery of an invaluable symbol of the identity and collective memory of Ciudad Juárez.

The announcement was made on the social media of La Nueva Central Restaurant, which will be in charge of managing the venue.

The restaurant will open with a revamped concept that will combine high-quality cuisine with live entertainment, inviting new generations to be part of its history.
