The new location for this agile crossing for medical and business tourism purposes has changed location and its new access will be along Paseo de los Héroes avenue in Zona Río, that is, where the general line was previously. The Tijuana Economic Development Secretariat (Sedeti) granted a total of 120 thousand passes in 2020.

These passes were destined 95% to health issues and only 5% were directed to people whose purpose is a business in the United States. Each pass has a different cost: the doctor costs $ 247 pesos, while the business one costs $ 519 pesos.
