On the morning of Thursday, November 27, the fourth consecutive day of blockades on various sections of highways in the state of Chihuahua began, as part of a protest led by farmers and agricultural producers against the Federal Government.

According to information from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), as of 11:00 a.m., five federal highways remained completely closed, with some opening intermittently to partially alleviate traffic.

Five highways in Chihuahua remain completely closed.
The affected sections as of 6:00 p.m. are:

Gómez Palacio–Jiménez Highway, Jiménez–Zavalza section, Km. 230+000. Traffic is being allowed to flow every two hours to ease congestion.

Mexico Highway 45 Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua–Delicias section, Km. 167+000.

Currently, traffic is open, with protesters present at:

Ascensión–Janos Highway, Km. 177+000.

Janos–Agua Prieta Highway, Km. 13+000.

Authorities recommend that drivers follow the signs at the affected locations, as conditions may change at any time as the protest progresses.

In Ciudad Juárez, the international bridges remain occupied, affecting both the import and export of trucks. Although all bridges are closed, the area with the largest concentration of people is the Córdova–Américas Customs Office, where protesters maintain a constant presence.

The affected international crossings are:

Puerto Palomas de Villa – Bridge

Jerónimo–Santa Teresa (import and export blockade)
Córdova–Américas Customs Administrative Unit (protest and truck blockade)
Zaragoza–Ysleta (total import and export blockade)
Tornillo–Guadalupe (blockade in both directions for freight transport)

The closure of these bridges has had a significant impact on the commercial and logistical flow of the border region, especially for the maquiladora industry and freight transport.

In addition, in the afternoon, representatives of the movement will hold a meeting with staff from the Federal Ministry of the Interior, although no further details have been released so far about the meeting or about the possible agreements that could be reached.
